i doenloaded a dvd rip in two parts each parts is an hour and 25 minutes i want to make a vcd with 3 disks as tow will not hold enough room how do i do this.

secondly i am thinking about buying a new dvd player that has svcd capabilityis it that much better quality for downloaded movies and converting my camcorder videos to svcd
