  1. I am trying to convert a DVD to VCD and want to use TMPGEnc for encoding (the only encoder I trust for quality). So I set up Flask and AVISynth plug in. Chose output to "Link to AVISynth', started frameserver. And then in TMPGEnc tried to open the avs file and got error message "IPCSource:Wrong Server Version"

Anyone has any idea what's goin' on ?

I'm using Flask 0.594, TMPGEnc 12i. Can't say which version the AVISynth is.
    I wanna bust Blockbuster

  2. OK folks, don't bother replying this one. I found the solution. I was using AVISynth and AVISynth plugin of different version. Downloaded latest versions of both and I'm in business. Found one problem though. The Flask frameserver continues serving blank frame even after the video clip is finished and TMPGEnc continues to encode those blank frames. So I have to manually stop the process. Anyone has any idea why ?
