Hi, There! I'm a newbie (to this site & to ripping) so any help would be greatly appreciated...
I'm using the programs: Smart Ripper & FlaskMPEG to create AVI files from the ripped DVD.
However I have this problem in stages of action or camera movement (when encoding the AVI file, that is, in FlaskMPEG - the initial ripping of the VOB & IFO files in SmartRipper is fine): Lines appear that sorta put parts of the image out of line.
Can anybody help me fix this problem?
THANK YOU in advance!
BTW, you have to right-click on the image, select Properties and highlight the URL of the image & paste that into your browser for it to work.
I don't know of any Image Hoster that allows outside linking so if anyone knows of one, I'd really appreciate that too!![]()

I used to have that same problem when i first started. One thing that is best is not to preview the movie while your encoding it so deselect display output or video. also when your choosing how to encode go to post processing under flask mpeg options and choose HQ Bicubic Filtering. It may be the slowest choice but it gives you the best quality. Thats all i did to fix the line problem for me so i hope it works for you.
