I am looking for a video capturing software, which could capture and break up the original DV footage into multiple files by each scene. Currently, my editing software is Premiere 6 and it does not have this function. I have to manually set the 'in' and 'out' point for each scene which sometime I found it time consuming. Please advice. Thanks.
