I use TMPEnc with the QT Reader plug in, but I cant get any sound in the output MPEG. I tried updating QT with no results. Your help is appreciated

hmm... maybe TMPGEnc doesn't understand what codec was used in the audio.
Option 1
Try exporting from QT by going: file, export. Now you can choose where to save it and more importantly which codec to use. Choose an audio codec that you think TMPGEnc will understand.
Option 2
Use Sonic Foundry Vegas Video to export
