I downloaded a movie (mpeg) What steps do I need to do to get this movie on a cd to play in a dvd player?

btw I have a lite on 40x burner.

well if the vcd is allready compliant to vcd standard, just drop it into nero.

you may ask, "how can you tell if its compliant" well nero will also tell you if its compliant or not. You may want to check it to see if its svcd also with nero "svcd is also a selection on it"

If its neither, then you will have to reencode it. you can follow this guide on doing that
