  2. this has been discussed dozen times in this forum
what are you trying to burn: a generic mpg2 file? a mpg2 svcd-compliant file? a .cue/.bin svcd image?

  4. Excuse me for butting in, but I downloaded an mpg2 svcd-compliant file. It's not in bin/cue format. It's just a single file that supposedly is in SVCD format. How can I burn this to CD-ROM? I'm used to bin/cue format and .iso, but this one has me stumped.

    Thank you.

there's no way of burning a SVCD on OS9 unless going through Virtual PC.

  12. Thanks for the reply: I had a look and I guess I'm not ready to go there as it seems quite complex. So I think I'll have to stick with vcd for a while. I was hoping some of the apple product like idvd could do it.
