I accidently reformated the wrong drive! It had all my video captures on it. Someone told me the data is still there I just need to correct the partitioning. Anyone have experience with this?

If you did a low level format, say bye bye to your data. If you did a quick format, or a high level format, your data is still there. The only thing that changed was the file allocation tables. Get Norton Utilities and try to recover the FAT. Don't write anything to that disk now! If you have written something after the format, then you've already lost information.Originally Posted by presto
