HI, I NEED HELP USING TMPGEnc..I HAVE BURNED SOME VCDS USING TMPGEnc TO ENCODE AND THEY PLAYED FINE ON MY DVD PLAYER, BUT THE QUALITY ISN'T THAT GOOD, I HEARD SOMEWHERE THAT INCREASING THE BITRATE WILL HELP THE QUALITY, I AM NOT SURE THOUGH..CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT SETTINGS THEY USE TO MAKE VCDS(I USE 2 CDS PER MOVIE). THANKS A LOT!

    If you change the bitrate rate then you'll not have a VCD comliant/ISO. You'll get a XVCD or something similar.
    You'll may test XVCD or SVCD(mpg2), but first you must verify if your DVD Player Unit plays XVCD and/or SVCD and what bitrate was tested by users. Go to DVD Players in this page(on left side,red column) and check all about this.
