I have a 23.976 m2v that i converted to 29.97 m2v using pulldown.exe in order to multiplex it with a .mp2 file that I have encoded from a WAV file generated with DVD2AVI with forced film checked.
I do this to get a SVCD compliant .mpg file, but the audio and video are out of sync.
If I multiplex them with the video stream in 23.976 the final .mpg file is perfect, but it is not SVCD compliant, despite of playing fine in my Pioneer DV-535.
Can anyone help me?
