  3. Since TMPGEnc doesn't require you to encode the entire video, you can the same couple of minutes worth each way, watch the end products, and let your eyes make the decision. It's also faster.
    As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."

  6. What do you like, sharp video with lots of blocks in motion, or less sharp video with less blocks during motion. Take your pick. It's all up to personal preference.
