Which would have a better quality when converting from Divx?

Since TMPGEnc doesn't require you to encode the entire video, you can the same couple of minutes worth each way, watch the end products, and let your eyes make the decision. It's also faster.

depends on alot more, what is the length of the source, res size, and what is your target (1cd, 2)

movie is over 100 min, want 2 cds, and in differnt divx res 640 x 272 pr 608 x 256 640 x 272? Anyone!

What do you like, sharp video with lots of blocks in motion, or less sharp video with less blocks during motion. Take your pick. It's all up to personal preference.
