Hi all,
I am using an ATI Radeon 7200 VIVO card to capture some footage of a PAL VHS tape via a composite lead.
When I go to the Video settings there is a pulldown menu for 'Broadcast Standard' with entries for NTSC, NTSC-J, PAL-B up to PAL-N, PAL-60 and SECAM-B up to SECAM-N.
Now I know I am after one of the PAL ones but does anyone know which one exactly ?? And does it make a difference ?? I intend to get the stuff onto a PAL VCD.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Regards,
Adam Brunt

I assume that means I need PAL-I, obviously ?? I'm sure I orginally captured at PAL-B ... could this explain poor quality in the captured MPEG-1 file ??
