looking for a good and cheap analog capturing-card mjpeg

Since i really got nuts while trying to reinstall my av-master under W98 i decided to f#*$ up this card and look for another one. The card i'm looking for should be able to capture avi (mjpeg) at 720*576 from s-video (of course analog) in stereo. The card should fit up with irq-sharing. card-based converting to mpeg is not necessary, HD-space is available . So if anyone of you has any idea i'd be happy t ohear from you...

With todays cpu power use a tv card like the haupauge wintv or the pinnacle pctv (rave for mono / pro for stereo) with generic drivers.

Use virtualdub for capturing, see guide elsewhere on this page.

Quality is nice if you have the power and the space.
