    ok so im converting smr movies i do the audio thing then go to encode all looks good i do a 1min test and check it and the video is black i have sound just no pic
    btw im usin TMPGEnc using VideoCD (PAL).mcf template

    1, Make sure you have the codec, Nimo codec pack has most.

    TMPGEnc
    Select options > environmental settings
    click the VFAPI plug-in tab
    right click the "DirectShow" and select higher priority, do this several times until its at the top with a value of 4
