  1. Is it possible to have the TV output show the whole screen while the monitor res is at 1280x1024? At this res, the TV output is only about 1/4 of the monitor.

Is there any way to keep my desktop res at 1280x1024 and have the TV show the full screen?

I have a geforce2 mx400 with same max res. Couln't find anything. I thought DirectDVD might work cause it has an option for the Play res but the stupid thing only puts out a blue screen when my second monitor or Twinview is activated. Of course that would only be good for DVD if it worked. Windvd and dvdidle (to remove macro) is nice but I have to lower my res to to 800x600 everytime or I don't get full screen either.

I haven't tried programs like quickres in a while. At least they allow you to change res with just a click or 2.

Maybe you could look for something like that.
