    ok i made a vcd and it doesnt work.its not my dvd player as it is fully vcd compatible and ive watched several that ive made on that same dvd player.i went to play the vcd and the movie only shows on the top 20% or so of the screen.the rest of the screen is still the same apex screen that comes on he screen when you turn the player on.anybody have any suggestions?should i re encode the files in a higher quality?or xvcd?what should i do?ive cleaned the disks(the part 2 disk does the same thing)and the player so i know its not that.help me out here.thanks
