Hi all,
I placed an order around 2 weeks ago from cdrecordable.com and hadn't heard a word other than the order confirmation, so I decided to email them. Twice and still no response. Next I started calling this week and while the number is in service, no one will answer.
Is this a case where I should just call and tell my credit card company to disallow the charge or are they still in business? If they are still in business, it's a pretty poor way to run it.
Thanks,
Ken

I believe cdrecordable.com was using a yahoo shopping site. Yahoo provides recourse to customers using these sites.
I returned two shippments and never got a refund until I started the protest process at yahoo. Yahoo will pull their site if they don't address real issues. I got my refund in a couple of days.
Go to http://shopping.yahoo.com/ and click on the "buyers protection program" link towards the bottom of the page.
