    Simple, install Nemo codec pack, use Tmpgenc, nuff said....

    when i do it like that( nemo codec pack installed), the sound is soooooo
    unsynchronized i cant even guess whether it is 10 sec or 10 min
    what should i do?

    Are you using the right Template?, for most Divx files you would use the NTSCfilm template.
