Hi -
Was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction concerning how to convert WAV files to Khz without making it sound so crappy.
I have a Premiere project with 44Khz CD soundtrack and 32Khz Audio off of the video capture (next time I'll capture at 44Khz!) When I export at 44Khz, Premiere screws up and the audio gets out of synch by about 3 seconds and totally ignores some of my edits.
So I exported it as 32Khz and using a Prem. video server, I created MPEG file with TMPGenc - it all worked, but in it's attempt to make everything 44Khz, the sound is not so great.
Can anyone tell me a good website or somewhere that discusses how to get the best sound? Thanks
