  4. Have you checked the .cue file for proper standards, i.e. it looks pretty much like every other cue/bin in the same folder?
If yes, then I don't know.
If no, then it should look something like this:

    FILE "HEARTS~1.BIN" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
    TRACK 02 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 00 00:04:00
    INDEX 01 00:06:00
And I'm afraid that's all I have. Hope someone else knows for sure b/c I'm tryin' to get the release as well.

  7. i just opend the bin with iso buster and there was a mpeg2 folder and inside it was a mpg fileis that what you mean crypt keeper? what do i do know

  8. you mean an mpeg2av folder?

and inside it is an mpeg file

    not a AVSEQ01.dat file?

  9. if you have the bin file, use tools in VCDeasy, freeware, and it will remove the MPG file for you, load this into nero and burn the (s)vcd.

cue files are sometimes screwed up or programs like fireburner will sometimes freeze.

  15. Just a stupid question: are you trying to burn on a 74 min CD?

Most of these releases are meant for 80 minutes CDs.

  17. It's likely that your CD burning software is only burning the first track of the bin file. I was trying to burn a CD with Easy CD 4.x and it just didn't work because the software wouldn't deal with multitrack. I'm not sure how well nero burns multitrack from a single image.

Also, since the table of contents of a CD is in the first track, the CD would appear to have burned properly, when in fact there are no files underneath the filesystem. Check the CD using your burning software. Does it have more than one track? It should.

One suggestion is to use a program that you can download called BIN2ISO (Search for it). This will break the .bin image down to several .iso images (one image per track). You should then be able to use Nero to burn these images as a multitrack CD, but again, I'm not too familiar with how Nero works and what it is capable of.

  18. Use CDRWin 4.0 (or 5.0), will solve your problem burning. Nero and other softwares have problem burning the image. BIN to ISO converting causes problems. Extracting the mpeg file can cause problems. No need to break up the image. Use CDRWin to burn it and play it. Can't get easier.

Play the file in the mpeg folder to view it on your computer or just pop it in a VCD\SVCD compatible player. Not all VCD Players will play SVCD. Use Nero to convert the file in the mpeg folder to VCD or burn a SVCD compatibile CD for VCD player (Under Compatibilty in SVCD).

Also CD types and colors have an effect on some player not being able to see the disc. Check under "DVD Players" user leave great feedback on alot of DVD Players.

If all else fails and still can't play. The APEX 500 player is cheap and can play anything you can throw at it.

Another good easy to use bin/cue burning software is fireburner. Either CDrwin or fireburner will handle almost any cue sheet thrown at them.

The only problem either will ever encounter is with a badly created cue sheet that points to the directory in the first line where the bin file resided on the computer that created it. In that case just edit the cuesheet with either notepad or download the easy to use CRDCuesheet editor and remove the reference to the directory and type in the full exact name of the bin file.

Some older burners can't burn near the 80min mark it just says "writing lead out track" then stops so if you have an older burner try using a newer one or try using your friends for just that movie.
