    I've captured a home video clip thru firewire with Premier 6.0 and converted to mpg using TMPGEnc Plus 2.59.47.155(the latest version). I captured first using the 32khz and then the 48khz audio but have gotten no different results. I converted it using MP2 audio and a 5000 CBR. I cannot play the mpg with WinDVD and cannot open it in Ulead DVD Movie Factory. It just crashed Movie Factory.

    HELP

    What am I doing wrong?
