    Ive created some VCD's that work fine on my mine and few friends DVD players, but when I moved onto SVCD none of them worked, they were around 2300 kb encodes, and were written in Nero, but they dont play...

    BUT... some SVCD's that I've downloaded DO play fine on mine and others, so is it just TMPG? or some thing i'm missing....

    it must be somthing you are missing. svcd's are all i make now and they all play fine

    When i burn them with Nero it doesnt complain about it being non-standard, happly burns it but they just dont play, on the same media to!

    I dont know what i'm missing as i thuoght i knew enough !
