I only have a 1000mhz Duron system, so when I use ATI MMC software I really need the highest amount of horsepower to go to that task. Since I am phasing out my Tivo for the convenience of MMC, I am looking to make MMC as reliable as possible.
What I am wanting to prevent is dropped frames while recording if I start using the computer for another task (say burning a vcd) while capturing is in progress. Is there a way in the registry (or otherwise) to set ATIMMC to the top priority regardless if it's currently active? I would appreciate your comments!
Thanks!
TJD
