  1. Hi all
I am using TMPGEnc 2.5 to convert .avi files to VCD or SVCD but I have a problem with the sound. It seems to be that the sound is not converted to the MPEG1 or the MPEG2 files. Any suggestions ?

The prevailing wisdom seems to be using Virtual Dub to save the audio as a .wav file. Use the .avi file as the video input to TMPGEnc, and use the .wav file as the audio input, to get your mpg file.
    Hello.
