I searched for this answer but couldn't find it and I am sorry if this is a stupid question but before I try to rip a dvd will it be the same quality as the orginal dvd. I have a very nice setup and I am very picky about these things. If it isn't the same quality then I think I will pass and if it is, is it worth all the trouble to rip, configure, and burn?
Thanks

You can certainly rip DVD video and retain the picture and audio quality. That is, of course, as long as you're putting the copy on DVD-R.
