But, when burning is finished and I put the DVD in to see everything is fine, but the Picture quality show some defect. I can see fuzz or line on the people's faces, You can see it clear, but there is like a choppy fuzzy line appear on people's faces, and arms and sometime in things like cars, apples ectss.. Is there a solution to this problem? thnks

Admitting you downloading something like this is possibly a violation of forum rules.

This kind of problem isn't a burning issue. I would guess that somebody shrunk the DVD down from dual layer to single layer size and they used something not very good to do the shrinking. If I'm right, no, you will not be able to fix this problem.

Are you viewing it on a computer? Is it horizontal lines along vertical edges of moving objects? If so, that may be interlace artifacts and they won't show on a TV. Or try playing it on a software player that can handle interlace properly, like PowerDVD or VLC and it may display correctly.

i played it on VLC and it still shows the fuzzy picture, its like tiny little fuzz or tiny little square box stack up against each other, very tiny fuzz and when there are alot of it, it stack up against each other making it standout so when view it in a stand alone dvd player you can see it. You can also see it when viewing with VLC full screen, it show little when viewing it when its not on full screen like half screen.

If you burned it with Nero, there's a good chance Nero has reencoded it, and ruined the video. How long did the burn process take?

If all you did with Nero was to burn - using Nero Express or Nero Burning rom, what you see on the DVD is what you gave to Nero to burn - reencoding has not occurred.

Whoever created the VOB files is responsible for the artifacts you see.

so there is no way of fixing this?
If the disc is available commercially, buy it and you won't get these types of problems.

If it is not, then you pretty much have to live with it.

If it is not a copyright, commercial disc, you might post a short clip or some screenshots of the problem
