Hello there! I have used pinnacle DC-10 software to capture and export the avi files; and enconding with tpeng for VCD-NTSC. But the final result has a huge level of block. The colors seems washed up.
In capture settings, I use the "best" which allows capture of resolution of the maximum that pinnacle is capable (6xx X 480, I think).
In tpeng, I use all the default settings for VCD-NTSC, just increasing the motion search.
I wonder if anyone could share some tips on how to reduce block, and how to capture and encode for VCD with best quality!
Thanks!
