Problem with Toast Titanium

I'm trying to copy a VCD in TT 5.1.4; copied the SAME VCD last week with no problems, but now when it gets about 2/3 the way through reading from the source disk, I get the error, "Couldn't complete the last command because of a Mac OS Error. Result Code = -1"

Nothing has changed in my setup since I performed this same copy last--no Toast, Quicktime or OS updates, nothing. Also, no other apps are running during the read... OS X v 10.1.5, 384 MB RAM, 10GB free space on cache volume, RAM cache set to "Generous (Speed x 2 MB)"

You tried cleaning the disc already?
Also take a look if it´s scrambled...
