Hi. I just got Toast 10 and am burning Video_TS folders to DVDs. I know the more information you have in a folder, the more quality of video is lost in compression. So, I want to know how I can delete a specific audio track (or whatever you call 'em) to reduce the total amount of quality lost.

EX: I'm burning a anime disc. It has 7.37 GB in the video_TS file, Along with English dolby, Japanese Dolby, and 5.1 English surround sound. The later takes up a little more than a gig of space in the folder, I want to delete this file so the quality of my burned DVD is better than if it had it on there. (Does that make sense?) How can I go about doing this? I've gone under the options tab in Toast, but it only gives me two choices of audio to select from (All three, or just surround sound). I thought about just manually deleting the file in the video_TS folder, but since they are all VOB, IFO and whatnot, I was unsure of which one to delete.

Can someone help me out here? I know this is possible because I did it with DVD2oneX2 before my trial expired.
