How do i fix the aspect ratio on some of centropys svcd.i.e. scooby doo,spiderman,starwars episode 2 .........

As they change from full screen to widescreen every so often.But by fixing the aspect ratio to full screen i dont wanna lose any of the sound and picture quality and keeping it as svcd.
