.rm to .avi = sound only?

I dont know if this is where I should post this, but I have been using TINRA, with TINRAgui to convert some .rm files to avi.

However, when I play the avi, the video is not there. Only the sound. So I am getting the sound with no video, just a blank screen.

Can anyone offer any pointers as to what I am doing wrong?

Hello. I am having a similar problem when I download a movie. It creates an avi file and when i play it, i only get sound. I believe there is a codec file missing. I have tried Microsoft Media Player, Real One, and Quicktime with no success.
