  1. I have an SVCD bin/cue that I would like to burn in MPEGAV format so that hopefully my DVD player can read it. Can I burn the bin/cue with a program that supports MPEGAV or do I have to convert it to mpeg and somehow change it to VCD? Any help would be appreciated as this is really starting to frustrate me. Thanks.

  2. To find out if your BIN already has the MPEGAV format then open up the BIN file in a program like ISO Buster and see which folder the dat file is stored in. If it's in the MPEGAV folder then you should just burn the bin/cue as is cause that's how you wanted it.

If it's in the MPEG2 folder format instead [which by the way is the standard and not MPEGAV] then use ISO Buster and extract the DAT file but instead of extracting with the DAT extension just change it to MPG, Nero should recognize either extension. Then click the SVCD Compatability Tab and change to MPEGAV format, since Nero defaults to the MPEG2 format when burning SVCDs.

if you have a bin/cue, then you just need to open up Nero(or whatever software you use) and burn image, and load the .cue file.
