10 things i hate about you

sorry for repost...but i was wondering if anyone else tried to rip this movie with (smartripper->dvd2avi->tempgenc)

my audio is outta sync and i was able to kind of get it to sync up..but when they're talking really fast...i can tell it's not exactly synced up...

anyone have any experience ripping this movie???

Hey Poopy,

I ripped this DVD without any problems at all.

I have a Toshiba 16X DVD-ROM, using SmartRipper 2.34 and the latest DVD2AVI and TMPGEnc.

phuocle, did you have the edit the .wav and do anything in special with dvd2avi and/or tempgenc?

I didn't have to edit the WAV at all.

I used the standard VCD NTSCFilm template for my first pass (MPEG-1, 352x240, 1150 CBR). I didn't like the video quality, so I re-encoded to XVCD (MPEG-1, 704x480, 1300 CBR) and it worked fine the second time as well.

phuocle, do you remember which track you extracted the .wav from using dvd2avi...was it the 1st track?
