    Hi ! sorry but i am new to this , i have downloaded a film(planet .......) and its written dvdrip to svcd. I want to make a vcd of it , Tmpgenc does not recognize the file. I have these programs TMPGenc,NERO , DVDTOAVI ,FLASKMPEG , VIDOMI ,VCD GALAXY ,DIVX . The movie file after downloading is mpeg but i cannot burn it to vcd. Is there anybody who can help me with this ? Thanks for all answers.

    u can burn the mpeg file in nero as svcd or if u need to burn as vcd run the the mpeg thru dvd2avi and save as a project and use the 2 files it produces in tmpg,hope that helps u
