    When i am using Virtual dub. i am not sure what kind of comprestion to use to makw a scvd with Nero so it does not have to reicode it?

    You cant use virtualdub to create a svcd compliant mpeg. Use TMPGEnc to create your mpeg then nero to burn your VCD. Dont use nero to encode.

    And be sure to have the frame-server option in VirtualDub activated so you can bring across your AVI file with all the filters on without needing to resave your file.
