The last couple of movies that I encoded to mpg. seem like they are going in slow motion. I am using vdub to extract and Tmpegenc to encode. I have encoded several other movies without this problem in the past, and I don't know what it could be. I usually use the standard setting that are mentioned in the guides (Divx to vcd, avi to vcd) here at vcdhelp, so maybe other settings may help this? Oh and my direct show is set to about 4. Someone out there help if you can. The video kind of looks like when you are moving in a strobe light. Hope that description helps, if not let me know and I will try to elaborate! Thanks!
