Changing the bitrate of SVCD so I can play in my player

Hi folks,

The bitrate of an svcd seems a bit too high and i cant play it in my dvd (2520 or so) generally i only do max 2400kbps - Is there anyway i can reencode to mpeg 2 with lower bitrate to make a working SVCD?

yep, re-encode with TmpGenc. Set whatever Max bitrate you want/need.
