    Ok. I downloaded version 1.09 build 3 per the guides instructions but I do not get the resolution pulldown box on the frameserver page.

    Where can I get the correct version?

    It's on there--go to the Misc. tab and change the DVD2SVCD level from Normal to Advanced.
