  1. I've been using TMPenc 2.55 and Ahead Nero to create VCDs. I've been noticing that everytime I convert a divx movie to a VCD the edges of the screen cannot be shown on my tv. It's as if the margins of the video will not display on my TV. It's especially noticable when the divx file has subtitles. Those subtitles are usually off the bottom of the screen or the first letters and the letters at the end of the sentence is cutted off the screen. I am using 1:1 VGA with Full Screen Keep Aspect Ratio. I've tried 4:3 NTSC with Full Screen Keep Aspect Ratio, and the same problem occurs. Anyone else experience this problem or have any insight on how to fix this problem? Please let me know. Thanks.

  2. This is called Overscan and is a feature of your TV. Some TVs do not show the full picture. If you search the forum for overscan you will find other threads talking about this.
