I have downlaoded a bunch of AVI files from Kazaa.![]()
I can not play them on any of my media applications( They will play audio only on WMA). Can anyone give me some advise on that?![]()
Second I would like to convet these avi to mpeg1 and burn to VCD, but every time I try to do this it does not work and a messages comes up about 8 bit or 16 bit. Anyone know what thats all about?

You need the codecs to play & convert these movies. Download and install the NIMO codec pack in the Tools section and it should solve these problems.

Check the Left Side of Your Screen Hit Tab under OTHERS-Tools
Download Codecs, Nimo, DIVX3,4,5..... That should help Play AVI Files in Window Media Player..
To convert them to MPEG1 you need to TMPGeNC
Covert to MPGE1 or MPGE2
combines file to one mpge1 then use author software to author it then Burn with Nero...JayDot~.......... -
