    I would like to transfer the game from VHS tape into SVCD (using 3 or 4 cds) using the ati aiw but I have a question which motion setting is suitable for me from the range of 1 to 99? The tape contains the football game I copied from TV (meaning lots of actions). Also, should I go for CBR or VBR?

    Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated!
