I want to encode my dv avi files (captured with the dv500+) on a different pc than the one they were captured on. How can I do this (the problem seems to be the other pc can't read the files, cause the codecs aren't installed......)
I want to use TMGEnc and Cinemacraft.

Need to export to Microsoft AVI or standard AVI first. This process might take very long. If no editing is necessary, capture with DVIO.exe or AVI_IO or VirtualDub, rather than DV500+ (good for real-time editing only). The captured AVI should be readable directly by TMPGEnc or Panasonic Encoder (But won't read AVI files from Flash, weird?).
