make backup dvd using nero and smartripper

How do i make a backup of a dvd using nero and smartripper. I still am confused even though i have checked out guides. Thanks for the help

You can"t, you need more software than that heres what you need, #1)smartripper #2)dvd2avi #3) tmpgenc(I use CCE through vfapi)#4) nero.And there is some software you might need or should have if some of the software fails, like a good audio encoder that encodes to wav and mp2 like db power amp, and a good mpeg editor cuz the one in tmpgenc has a habbit of crashing and maybe a different multiplexor...but from here you are on your own cuz I don"t feel like writeing a 5 page guide on ripping dvd"s to vcd/svcd right now.....
