Info about Pinnacle Studio Deluxe

I'm interested in buying this capture card, but need some info of persons who are alredy using this card.

I want to cap from analog source to mpeg2 svcd 352x480 (PAL).

I need more info about this card ..... pse
Because the Capture Cards pages are temprarely down here at vcdhelp.

So i need input about this card from users ... pos&neg responses pse

Another Question i have is, what programs other then the ones pinnacle gives us can i use to capture ???

First, The Studio Deluxe captures in DV format, not MPEG-2. The DV can be converted though. Second, use the search. I found a good topic on the SDL here: http://forum.vcdhelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=95489&highlight=studio+deluxe

Screnanylzer and Pinnacle Studio 7 will capture. Some other programs work with the firewire port. NO OTHERE PROGRAMS WORK WITH THE ANALOG BOX.
