Need any burning software to play movies on ps2 or dreamcast

i have movies i want to burn that will be able to be viewed(can watch) on ps2 or dreamcast. i have the latest nero, 5.5+ on my computer. if this software will do job please explain how i can do so. thanx to everyone who graciously took time away from their busy lives to answer this question for me. I've never done this myself, but from what I've heard you basically have to make a dvd out of the movie. Although you wont have the quality, you have to do so to trick the ps2 into thinking it's dvd. Groups have released packages which contain the information and tools to do that, but they more than likely fall under the warez category, so you wont find it here.

The way is to author your movie as a dvd (true compliant) and patch it
for your ps2's region.

Ah! And don't forget to burn it into DVD-R media. (with a DVDR drive, of course) :P
