    I know u can through AV out but u got macro-vision problems.

  3. Ok. But this is not my problem, Im watching and using my PS2 through the AV with the PSX RF Adaptor and my tv card.
    But how can I read the DVD files for ripping ?

    I think he means a Firewire connection or do you mean usb?


    Hehe, some standalone DVD players can be linked to a computer since some use just standard IDIE drives.

  6. All you need is a TV Tuner PCI card with a video input jack on the card (comes standard in most TV Tuner cards).

    I got mine at Bestbuy for real cheap.

    No, you can't use your Sony game system as a DVDROM Drive if that's what you're asking.
    Your Windows machine requires Windows Driver Modules to be able to communicate with a device. Unless some programmer with skills figures out which DVDROM is used in the PSX and makes drivers for it to act as an external USB drive...
