Which of this encoders give the max quality for VCD´s
it must not be a standard VCD

I have tried the panasonic and have god results with these settings
    1400 kb/s Video
    Audio 128 kb/s
    Noise reduction weak
But it is really slow on my XP2000

does anybody know the exact GOP sequenz for pal movies!
because the standard is i think fpr ntsc movies i think

I read the must of you use tmpgenc,is this a better encoder fpr VCD or is it better because it is for free?

And the lsx encoder is the fastest near real time encoding on my machine but loks a little blocky on fast action movies, are there a good guide for the settings in lsx somewhere?

Which of this encoders did you prefer for max VCD quality
i know SVCD is better but i would not have 3 cd´s for an 100 Min movie

i have the lsx and panasonic as plugin for DVDX havent tried tmpgenc yet with DVDX but with DVD2AVI and framesreving and the VFAPI converter but it takes so long for encoding and sometimes i have horinzontal lines in the final movie dont know why?

Thanks for any answers and help
