I have just finished my fisrt S-VCD with DVD2SVCD with 2 audio chanels . My question is that my first file is 655 mb and is ok because I work with Ulead Movie Factory but the second file is 780 mb and is too big to fit on the disk: HOW CAN I DIVIDE THIS FILE IN TWO (2) TO FIT ON TWO DIFFERENT DISKS. I don't want to start over for the DVD2SVCD with 2 audio (long time). Is there a way to save the second file and just separete it in two to fit it on two disks?

SECOND QUESTION: how can I fixe the parametres on DVD2SVCD to have files (3 images) that don't go over 655 mb (maximum) in order to work with Ulead Movie Factory after that ?

I know this is gonna sound weird but an 800mb vcd file will fit on a 700mb disc. it has something to do with overburning and packet size. try to burn it, it should work...

  3. with a 700 M CD, mode 1 will give you 700, mode 2 gives 800
mode 1 is for data and mode 2 is for video and music and such.

since the file sizes are different, I would guess that you only did one pass and did not create a .vaf file (only if using CCE). when doing one pass it has no idea how to split the file until its finished.
