I am very new to this. I see alot files that have no real movie names
i.e.
(VCD Repost), NMR) >>> title?077047 *restored version 2000* [01/71] xrcst.pt1
How am I supposed to know what this is. Is there a code somewhere.
I am using NewsRover, I think it only lets me see a list of all complete
movies. Are there text files with these movies.
thanks,
Kunder

I many cases this number refers to a movie in the IMDB (Internet Movei Data Base). Just go to www.imdb.org and enter the number (077047) into the text search box and it will usually come up with the title and description of the movie.
If this doesnt work, most movie posts on usenet come with a .nfo file. This is a small text file with info about the movie and the encoder used etc.
Hope this helps
