Fly Video 3000 Card: Help

Hi,

I recently got a Fly Video 3000 card installed and I have my vcr all plugged up ready to rip. But everytime I open VirtualDub and go into capture mode I get the following error message:

'Youcannot use this device when another video application, such as DVD, video conferencing, video editing, TV viewers, or WebTV for Windows is already using it. To use this device for your current application, close the applications that is using it. If WebTV is installed and running on your system, pause the "WebTV video and data services" on the taskbar tray by right-clicking its icon and choosing "Pause Services".'

Obviously it is conflicting with something but I can not figure out what nothing is opened so It's got me. Any ideas anyone. Please help it is giving me the shits something chronic!

Where did you buy this card because you should take it back.
I have one of these sitting on the shelf.
Trade it in and or get a 3demon from Harey Norman
The Phillips chip on this is limited in capture modes and there is very little software that will work with it correctly.
